Implementation: powder coating cost calculator
A powder coating shop at a steel-frame building plant, anonymised. With manual estimates, orders went out at zero or even negative margin. The web app calculates the full cost of a batch, checks the part against the oven and the markup, builds a PDF offer and logs oven loads and powder. The shop uses it; parameters are calibrated on actual loads.
